Getting off the couch
Tuesday, September 25, 2012
Well, it's been 12 days since my last post on here. Life has been crazy busy.
I have been quite so consistent with exercising but I have done a lot of staying off the couch and being on my feet working.
I started a new cleaning schedule that seems to be working out pretty good. I made a binder and broke it down into Months, weeks and days. I laid everything out on a monthly, weekly, daily and hourly breakdown. I have a schedule of what I clean what days. Everyday has it's own page that I can check things off when I do it. It's a lot easier to have it right there in my face.
Hopefully as I get my new schedule underway I will be able to work in exercise again. I am not babysitting right now so I am going to try get up and exercise in the morning before I get the kids ready for school. Since I am not babysitting I don't have to worry about being showered and cleaned up before Eli leaves with the kids.
So here's to trying.

It's a start-9/13/12
A friend ask me to do the Color Run with her. Me run? HA! Well actually if I am truthful with myself it's something that has been in the back of my mind for a while. I have never done anything about it. My friend ask me several months ago and I have done nothing about it since. Well except for downloading the couch 2 5K app on my phone and putting a arm band for my phone in my amazon cart.
Well today I finally did something. I pulled out the wii fit and did 30 minutes of step aerobics and boxing. I figure for the first day 30 minutes is a good start. I also went and measured out 16 oz. of water to drink instead of diving into an ice cold Pepsi.
So it's a start, a little one but it's better than nothing.
